I have been in the Fitness Industry since 1996 and teach a variety of group fitness which include; Body Conditioning, Step, Body Balance, RPM and Pilates. I am also a qualified Gym Instructor and hold a Nutrition & Weight Management Certificate.
I decided to qualify as a Pilates Instructor in October 2007 as there was a demand for Pilates classes and very few instructors available.
After completing my qualification, I set up a class at the local Leisure Centre and the response was fantastic!
The more I taught Pilates and saw the benefits people were making and the difference it made to their lives, the more I grew to love it.
This inspired me to gain my Level 3 Pilates Instruction Certificate (Advanced Instructor) as I wanted to be able to provide more knowledge, help and guidance to my participants to further enhance their achievements and results.
I now run courses and classes in the community and provide one to one pilates and small group tuition in Swindon Wiltshire.
